Lawyer Responsibilities:
Legal advisory in areas of corporate law, compliance, and governance.
Representation of clients in corporate transactions.
Development and implementation of legal strategies.
Paralegal Responsibilities:
Support in legal research, document preparation, and client communications.
Coordination of corporate filings and compliance documentation.
Assistance in managing client relationships and projects.
Qualifications:
For Lawyer: Law degree and license with 4 years of relevant experience.
For Paralegal: Paralegal certification or relevant degree with experience in corporate law.
